Jeffrey Carlson is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with deep experience working in more than 30 countries. He helps businesses and non-government organizations establish themselves overseas. He is known for scaling up business operations quickly in the short- and long-term. For example, he started-up a $14 million regional project based in Accra, Ghana in less than 60 days. He also launched and scaled up a practice from $2 million to $40 million in just 10 years. With experience launching and managing new entities in some of the most complex environments, Jeffrey combines strong cultural understanding with a results-driven work ethic. He has delivered more than 10 multi-million-dollar projects, and he manages operations effectively both vertically and horizontally while communicating directly and clearly with clients and external stakeholders. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington and a Masters in Public Management from the University of Maryland.
