THE PROGRAM

Description

The program trains professionals in the design, implementation, training, and maintenance of artificial intelligence agents adapted to public and private institutions. With a practical approach, participants develop strategic, technical, and organizational competencies to apply AI effectively and responsibly.

The content covers fundamentals, organizational diagnosis, creation of conversational agents, integration with internal systems, team training, and impact evaluation. It includes real cases, laboratories, pilot projects, and simulations.

The program focuses on solving institutional problems with AI, training agents with proprietary data, integrating AI with existing systems, measuring impact through clear indicators, and strengthening team competencies to ensure continuous improvement.

Upon completion, participants will be prepared to lead digital transformation processes through the strategic use of artificial intelligence.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

Objectives

To train professionals from the public and private sectors in the design, implementation, training, and maintenance of artificial intelligence agents in order to solve concrete institutional challenges, optimize processes, improve decision-making, and strengthen digital transformation through a practical, ethical approach adapted to the capabilities and needs of each organization.

Specific objectives

  • Understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence applied to institutions, distinguishing practical uses and organizational impact.
  • Identify and automate processes through AI agents trained with proprietary data and integrated with existing systems and platforms.
  • Design, implement, and manage conversational AI agents while strengthening technical and non-technical teams for effective adoption.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE

Who is it aimed at?

  • Professionals from public and private institutions who lead modernization, innovation, and service automation processes.
  • Officials and technical, legal, administrative, and public-service teams interested in applying AI to their daily management.
  • Technology leaders, analysts, developers, and executives seeking to implement and maintain institutional AI agents.
  • Consultants, advisors, and professionals from sectors such as education, healthcare, justice, finance, and development. No prior programming knowledge is required.
ACADEMIC PLAN

Curriculum

Module 1 Understanding the Phenomenon of Artificial Intelligence

This module introduces the universe of artificial intelligence, from the earliest ideas of Turing to today's most advanced models. It reviews AI's conceptual foundations, internal structure, and historical evolution so participants can understand it as a technical and cultural force shaping society and develop a critical, well-grounded view of its present and future role.

Module 2 Exploring Key Areas Within Artificial Intelligence

This module moves from general understanding to concrete applications, examining machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, content generation, recommendation systems, and other key areas. Participants learn how these fields work, what problems they solve, and how to identify realistic and ethical use cases.

Module 3 Applying Artificial Intelligence in Different Fields

This module takes knowledge into practice by exploring how AI is integrated into education, healthcare, industry, security, law, culture, and other fields. Through case studies and implementation examples, participants examine the challenges of moving AI from theory into real environments with a critical, strategic, and socially responsible perspective.

Module 4 Architecture of Augmented Reasoning Systems (ARS)

This module addresses the practical design and implementation of AI agents for public and private institutions. It covers objective definition, process mapping, conversational flow design, technical integration, and strategic data use. Practice includes advanced models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and DeepSeek, as well as selected Python applications and preparation to build a digital neural network using participants' own data.

Module 5 Practical Implementation of Augmented Reasoning Systems in Python

This module focuses on the ongoing evolution of AI agents through performance monitoring, clear metrics, bias and error detection, and technical adjustments using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, and Python. Participants update configurations, document improvements, and evaluate organizational impact so their agents can adapt to new needs and deliver sustained strategic value.
