Sal SpadaOverseas Logistics, Co-Founder The E5 Group, LLC Sal Spada has 25 years of experience in supporting and guiding globally oriented organizations. He has worked in more than 30 countries, empowering diverse businesses and stakeholders -- including governments, non-governmental organizations, foundations and the private sector -- to thrive locally and expand their presence globally. His dedicated focus on delivering client satisfaction in business professional services, practical sustainable solutions and project management services, is all driven by an entrepreneurial approach aimed at long-term success. He leverages his business skills and international insight to form and maintain alliances between the public and private sector. He has led organizations in advancing multimillion dollars complex projects such as the Power Africa Initiative in Sub-Saharan Africa, and a global Micro-Enterprises project supporting small to medium-sized enterprises. He brings a unique skill set in guiding clients through the challenging labyrinth of international business while navigating regulations. Sal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA (with a focus on international business) from American Inter-continental University. |

He has extensive experience advising governments and international organizations across Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM), he holds a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and is co-host of one of Mexico’s most popular finance podcasts. Drawing on a career that blends technical expertise with strategic insight, Francisco supports initiatives in fiscal decentralization, infrastructure planning, and sustainable development, helping institutions strengthen governance, manage risks, and achieve long-term resilience. |
